7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• All ongoing campaigns will be completed
• Final invoices will be processed
• Data will be returned or destroyed as requested
• Confidentiality obligations will survive termination
